Thinking of coming to Hollyfest 2025? Great choice!
If you’ve never been before (or even if you have!), here are our top 10 tips to help you get the most out of the day:
1. ✅ Check-in Made Easy
Have your booking name and order number ready at the entrance – no need to print or show the QR code from your ticket email. We will also be selling tickets on the entrance gate so don’t worry if you can’t purchase in advance.
2. 🙌 Be Part of the Magic
HOLLYFEST runs on people power! Please consider signing up for a volunteering slot (or two!) before, during or after the event. It’s fun, social and a great way to help. Bring a friend along too!

3. 🎟️ Buy Raffle Tickets in Advance
Avoid queues on the day and collect pre-ordered raffle tickets from the Info/Raffle stall. This year’s amazing prizes include:
- An Apple iPad
- Afternoon tea for two at The French Tarte
- A Delta Paintball voucher
- Waterstones vouchers

4. 🪑 Bring a Picnic Blanket or Chair
Grab your spot, get comfy, and enjoy incredible performances from our talented students throughout the day!
5. 🍔 Come Hungry
We’ve got you covered with an international food stall, BBQ, bar, and tea/coffee, cakes & sweets. Just bring your appetite – and your card or tokens!
6. 💳 Cashless is King
We’re going mostly cash-free this year. All stalls (except the bar!) accept card or tokens, and cash can be exchanged for tokens at the Info/Raffle stall. The bar is card only.
7. 🎠 Fun for All Ages
As well as the amazing talent on stage, expect non-stop entertainment with inflatables* and a brilliant kids’ zone. There’s something for everyone!
8. 💧 Stay Hydrated
Bring a reusable water bottle – free refill stations will be available.
9. 🍻 Think Green
We’re reducing waste this year with reusable cups (£1.50 at the bar) and beer served from eco-friendly barrels. Bring your cup back next time too!
10. 🎆 Don’t Miss the Fireworks!
Stick around for our spectacular fireworks finale – it’s the perfect end to an unforgettable day.
Every penny raised goes back into the school, funding things like books, tech, music equipment and playground improvements. Thank you for your support!

*Inflatables Info – Know Before You Bounce
Minimum height of 1.2m for:
- Rodeo Bull (must mount unassisted)
- 4-lane Bungee Run (waist strap must fit securely)

Under 1.2m can enjoy:

Minimum height of 1m for:
- Bootcamp Assault Course
