Thinking of coming to Hollyfest 2024? Great decision! For those of you who have not been to prior Hollyfests, here are our top 10 tips and tricks…
- When you turn up make sure you have your booking name and order number to hand. Note there’s no need to print / bring the QR code on the ticket you’ve been emailed.
- Get involved! We can’t make Hollyfest happen without your support. We have lots of things that need doing so please sign up to a volunteering slot or two before, during or after the event (or all three!) and encourage any friends to get involved too!
- Buy raffle tickets in advance. Beat the queues on the day and we’ll provide your tickets when you arrive. We have some amazing prizes this year, and we’ll share more details soon.
- Bring a picnic blanket or camping chair, settle in and prepare to be blown away by the amazing talent in the school!
- Don’t worry about food and drink. We’ll have an international food stall, BBQ, bar, tea/coffee & sweets stall so just bring your wallet or purse.
- Speaking of which we’ll be going virtually cash free this year. Cash can still be exchanged at the token stalls and all the stalls will accept card or tokens.
- Prepare to have some fun! Alongside the incredible acts on the stage we’ll have inflatables*, zorb*, a kids zone and games for everyone to enjoy.
- Bring a water bottle! We’ll have some water on sale but there are water stations around the school where you can fill your bottles up.
- Did I mention we need volunteers? We need help the day before to set up as well as the day after to make sure the school is tidied up for Monday! Sign up to give us a hand here.
- Finally at the end of the evening we’ll have a fantastic fireworks display so make sure you stick around to enjoy the fabulous finale!
And remember, all profits raised at Hollyfest go back into the school to benefit our students via the PTA.
Finally, thank you to everyone that signed up for an estate agent advertising board for which we received a donation from Seymours.
* Here is some information on age limits for the inflatables & zorb activities.

Please note that with any of the activities there might be a chance of getting harmed and the equipment is used at your own risk.
