Hollyfield School Pre-Worn School Uniform Sale

On Saturday 15th October between 10 am and midday, the PTA will open the Pre-Worn School Uniform store for anyone to pop in and take items they need. We will be in the old music block (next to the dome).

If your child has outgrown their uniform or PE kit, please drop it in and see if we can help. We have a large stock of uniform items (particularly trousers and shirts) and PE kits.

We operate a donation system for those that can afford to contribute.

PTA Annual Meeting and Volunteer Opportunites

AGM

The PTA Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14th September, 7.30pm in A1
(Albury). All are invited to join us to hear about our achievements over the last year, vote
in the new committee and meet other parents.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for a volunteer to carry out an independent inspection of the PTA
accounts. If you are able to do this, please get in touch via ptahollyfield@gmail.com.
We are also seeking a volunteer to help as Secretary. Duties will include composing the
e-bulletin entry, monitoring the emails, organising meetings etc. Please get in touch to find
out more.

The Hollyfield School PTA Annual General Meeting

You are invited to join us at The Hollyfield School PTA Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 14th September at 7 pm. It will be in School room TBC.

I will be standing down as Chairperson after eight years on the committee. If you would be interested in joining the committee and replacing me as Chairperson (you don’t have to commit to 8 years), please email us at ptahollyfield@gmail.com to express your interest.
